In Biblical Images of God, we explore the vivid, concrete metaphors Scripture uses to reveal God’s character and deepen our relationship with Him. Beginning with the image of “living water,” we examine Jeremiah’s depiction of the oasis at En Gedi alongside Jesus’ declaration in the Gospel of John that He is the true source of living water.
As you begin to see God through this image, you’ll gain a fuller picture of His character, experience His ability to renew dry and weary souls, and be inspired to carry His life-giving presence into a thirsty world.
